Wang Xiaoping is a Chinese thinker who at the age of 15 left school and began to study on her own. At 17 she gave a talk in an academic forum which created great interest among the attending experts. At the age of 20 she wrote the book Capability Panic, a work that achieved great success in China with over a million copies sold and that has had a great impact in the media. At the age of 21 she wrote The Second Declaration, a Chinese vision on the theories of Toffler and a work on the future of mankind, with over 600,000
