Xanthaki, Helen

Professor Helen Xanthaki is the Academic Director of the Sir William Dale Centre for Legislative Studies at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the School of Advanced Study of the University of London. Helen's expertise is legislative drafting, especially common, civil, comparative and EU drafting; and law reform, especially in the area of EU criminal law.
