For obvious reasons, I cannot reveal my true identity, otherwise I would soon become Mr Ex, as in ex-husband. For this reason, I cannot attend book tours, radio or television interviews, or any other type of book promotional marketing event where my wife can identify me. I do not know of any man who would want his wife to know that he was reading this book. Even I would not risk leaving it lying around at home - which is the reason for camouflaging the book's cover.
