Renee Robinson studied writing and communications. She writes fiction, thriller, memoirs, and poetry. She has also created a series of children books. 6 years ago, she received the horrifying diagnosis of colon cancer. Only halfway through her first round of chemotherapy, she lost her job as she was no longer able to work fulltime due to becoming too ill to return. Instead of laying around feeling sorry for herself, Renee used this opportunity to write and to be published. She began with publishing a series of poetry books while working on a her biography about family, life and cancer.
