Gary Lockwood grew up amid the dairy farms and horse ranches of rustic northeastern Illinois and he now lives in Chicago where he has practiced law for over 35 years. Gary is married with 3 children and 6 grandchildren. He is the author of numerous legal articles, books, and treatises. His first work of fiction, The Curly Head Letters, is a collection of interrelated short stories that use the backdrop of Christmas to weave a poignant tale of tears, laughter, love and faith.
