Adrian Wooldridge is the management editor and Schumpeter columnist of The Economist. He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford, and All Souls College, Oxford, where he held a Prize Fellowship. He was formerly The Economist s Washington bureau chief and Lexington columnist.
