Woods, L. Shelton

Woods was born in Southeast Asia and lived there for 15 years, growing up immersed in the various cultures and languages of Southeast Asia highlanders. In 1994 he received his PhD in Southeast Asia History from the University of California. He currently serves as Associate Professor of history and Associate Dean at Boise State University.
