Wolfe, Richard A.

Author Richard A. Wolfe grew up in Morgantown and is associated with Civil War roundtables in Clarksburg and Morgantown. He is president of Rich Mountain Battlefield Foundation and is a member of the West Virginia Sesquicentennial of the American Civil War Commission.
