Randy Wilson is not your typical Author. He refuses to use the established conventional writing techniques. What do I mean by that, well, for example, Randy might capitalize a few words that according to the rules of Grammar, should Not Be Capitalized, as you can see here in this description. It's part of his style of writing to put emphasis on particular words. You might find Randy putting things in "Quote marks" or other little anomalies that you won't find in some other author's books.
