Willson, Bill

Bill Willson was born and raised on the East side of San Francisco Bay in California, and graduated from Hayward Union High School. After high school he spent four years in the Navy where he learned surveying, and traveled all over the world. After the Navy he worked for various construction companies and a land developer through the Operating Engineers Local 3.
