Willis, Karen

Karen Willis is the author of My Life Journey with Autism, her first book. She has a blog based on her experiences with life on the autism spectrum. She has Asperger's Syndrome (a mild, high functioning form of autism) and was diagnosed when she was four years old. She's 23 years old and she lives near Montgomery, Alabama with her parents Jerry and Chyrl Willis. She competes in Special Olympics in swimming and advocates for people with disabilities.
