Chilton Williamson, Jr. is the former Literary and Senior Editor for The National Review and is currently a senior editor for Chronicles: A Magazine of American Culture, where he is a regular columnist. He is a frequent contributor to many magazines and newspapers, including the Arizona Republic newspaper, where he has been a writer-in-residence and political commentator. Chilton Williamson, Jr., is the author of three non-fiction books, including The Immigration Mystique, Roughnecking It and Saltbound, as well as the novels Desert Light and The Homestead. He lives in Laramie, Wyoming.
