Thirty eight seasons of organized sports gave Michael Williamsen many opportunities, such as developing self esteem, courage, team spirit, sportsmanship, friendships, as well as many other blessings. One such opportunity was an invitation to coach his son's baseball team. The damage to youth sports by hidden agendas of coaches and parents immediately become apparent.
