Williams, Peggy

Peggy and her husband, Elmer, have been in the antiques and collectibles business for more than 25 years. Their primary interest is porcelain and Victorian collectibles, especially the celluloid covered collectibles. They have written numerous articles for trade/antique papers and have done extensive travel throughout the U.S. taking photos and obtaining information for their book, Celluloid Treasures of the Victorian Era.
