Jasmine M. Williams, born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, is a mother of two with a passion for writing. Her knack for writing started in middle school when she and a classmate used to be in competition of who could write the best short stories. Reading the novel "The Coldest Winter Ever" by Sista Souljah inspired her to want to write a story of her own. All the obstacles that life threw her way and becoming a mother at an early age didn't deter her dreams; it made her fight harder to make them a reality.
