Emerson "Willie" Williams is retired from the car business after 35 years service and now works in real estate with his wife. He is an amateur historian specializing in the Civil War. He lives with his wife Ann and two dogs, Rowdy and Talley in Manakin-Sabot, Virginia, near Richmond. This is his first novel and is based on his great great grandfather's Civil War experiences.
