SaFiya D. Hoskins, Ph.D. (Dr. Sa) earned a doctorate in Urban Higher Education from Jackson State University; and, from Howard University she earned an MA in Communication and Culture and a BA in Journalism. Dr. Sa's first children's book (co-written with Durelle Williams), The Adventures of Bouki and Rabby: Cottage in the Clouds, is a contemporary adaptation of a time-honored Bahamian folktale.
