Dr. William D. Sprague (BS in Physics, Illinois State University; Master of Engineering Administration, Bradley University; Master of Theology and Doctor of Theology, Trinity Theological Seminary) has been an engineer, a church planter and pastor of churches in Texas and Oklahoma. He and his wife Sally have three children and six grand-children.
