Jay Wilburn lives in the swamps of coastal South Carolina with his wife and two sons. He left teaching after sixteen years to care for the health needs of his younger son and to pursue writing full time. He has recently taken up archery to prepare for the apocalypse, but isn't quite zombie-fighter ready yet. He has written a wide range of stories in horror, science fiction, fantasy, steampunk, and many other genres. He has written the novel Loose Ends: A Zombie Novel and the novel Time Eaters.
