Steve Whitman, Master Maine Guide, has over forty years of experience fishing and hunting in the northern woods of Maine. As a young man he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout causing his love of the outdoors to grow. Through the years he has acquired extensive first aid, survival and tactical training.

As owner and operator of an engineering business for almost seventeen years, Whitman was registered as a professional civil engineer in six states and as a professional land surveyor in three. Currently he is the owner and operator of a sporting camp business in northern Maine.
