Whitfield MS, Rd Pam

Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator Pam Whitfield has worked with truck drivers to help them fight the overweight epidemic. Her research on OTR drivers has been published in The Journal of the American Dietetic Association. She is a practicing clinical dietitian at a Level One trauma center hospital in the Chicago suburbs and teaches nutrition at the university level.
