Bill White retired in 2011 after serving forty-six years as a pastor, including the last twenty as Senior Pastor of Bethel Lutheran Church, Madison, Wisconsin. At Bethel he was the lead speaker on the TV program "Worship at Bethel," viewed by 30,000 people weekly over a six station network. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he met his wife, Sally. The Whites have two grown children and three grandchildren and live in Madison.
