SUSIE WHITE has run Hexham Herbs in England for the past eleven years. The garden displays one of the largest herb collections in Britain and holds National Collections for thyme and marjoram. Susie lectures widely, has appeared on television, and writes articles for magazines and journals worldwide. She is also the author of Teach Yourself: Herbs.
