White, B. Joseph

B. Joseph White is the James F. Towey Professor of Business and Leadership and President Emeritus of the University of Illinois and Dean Emeritus of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. During his tenure on its boards, Equity Residential grew from an enterprise value of $800 million to over $30 billion, and Gordon Food Service grew from $400 million to over $10 billion in sales, becoming one of America's 40 largest private companies.
