Wheeler, Tissa-Kaye

Tissa-Kaye Wheeler was born in Jamaica and lived there until the age of 12 when she migrated to Canada. Being very observant and with the struggles she has faced, at the age of 17 she speaks out on black struggles and intelligently incorporates the human consciousness.
