Westreich, Budd

Budd Westreich interrupted his studies at the University of Mexico to enlist in the U.S. Army. He won a Bronze Star for his work on the front lines in Korea as an artillery forward observer. After returning to college to earn bachelor's and master's degrees, Mr. Westreich taught in the United States for a few years before going as a full-bright exchange teacher to Portsmouth, England.
