His solid research and years of experience as an adviser to Nautilus, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the American Council on Exercise, NFL teams, and the YMCA have made him an icon in the fi tness industry. He lives in Abington, Massachusetts.
GARY REINL is a medical exercise program development specialist. He is a consultant to Nautilus and several national health care companies. He lives in Naples, Florida.
