Wesler, Allan

Allan Wesler, PhD, was a pioneer in the nuclear power plant fabrication industry for over two decades. Using innovative computer traceability techniques, he was awarded the leading license granted in his field by the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). Wesler is again a pioneer, now a phenomenologist, using similar computer traceability techniques on worldwide visual images.
