Welburn, Ruth

Ruth Welburn is the mother of three sons and the grandmother of four grandsons and two granddaughters. She lives in beautiful Sidney-By-the-Sea in British Columbia, Canada. In the summer of 2012, she traveled to Europe and visited some of the region's ancient haunts where she took the photos that appear in her books. With a Master of Science degree, Ruth spent most of her life as an educator and writer of adult literature. This is her first children's book, and as ever, she seeks to open up the world of new experiences to her new audience.
