Dengnoi Reineke graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in International Relations (2001) and M.A. in Development Studies (2005). Noi has lived and traveled globally, working with organizations that make a difference in children's lives, such as the Laotian Ministry of Education, the United Nations Save the Children Organization, & the Ministry of International Relations South Korea.
