Dan Wei is Associate Professor and Director of the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies of the Faculty of Law, at University of Macau. She functions as PhD and Postdoctoral Supervisor at the University of Macau, and is also Editor-in-Chief of "Macau Law Review". Wei obtained a Bachelor of Law at Peking University, a Master of Law and PhD in Law at University of Coimbra. She is the first (and still the only) Chinese person to obtain a PhD in Law in Portuguese language.
