Webster, Donald A.

Webster served on the staff of a Congressional Committee and as a Senior Treasury Department official before joining the White House staff under Presidents Nixon and Ford. After a stint in business, he went to live on the beach in southern California, studied photography in New York, and became a psychotherapist.
