Weber, Ralph Edward

Weber was educated in St. Cloud, Minnesota before joining the U.S. Naval Air Corps in World War II. After graduate studies and teaching at the University of Notre Dame, he joined the faculty of Marquette University in 1954. As professor of history, he teaches several courses on American foreign intelligence as well as American foreign relations.
