Prof. Dr. Ludwig Weber received his legal education at the Universities of Heidelberg (Dr. iur., 1980) and McGill University (LL.M. 1976); Assessor (bar) qualifications Stuttgart 1980. From 1982 to 1995, he was Legal Counsel of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Geneva/Montreal, responsible for aviation law, competition and anti-trust law issues.
