Bob Weber Jr. is the creator of "Slylock Fox" and "Comics for Kids"; Jay Stephens is the Emmy Award-winning creator of the animated TV series "T""utenstein "and "The Secret Saturdays". Together, they launched "Oh, Brother! "as a cartoon feature with King Features in June 2010.
