Ernie Webb spent two years enlisted service, then attended West Point on an Army competitive appointment. During his twenty years of service he commanded Infantry and Armor units from platoon to battalion. In combat he received the Purple Heart and five decorations for valor, including two silver stars. He also spent twenty years as a leadership consultant and coach for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
