Watson, Cynthia A.

Cynthia A. Watson has been Professor of Strategy at the National War College since 1992, serving as a core course director, Associate Dean of Faculty and Curriculum, Director of Faculty Development, and Director of Electives. She earned a Master's Degree from the London School of Economics and a Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame.
