Watkins, Patricia

Patricia Watkins is a native of Wales, but spent most of her life in the United States, and most of that in Rhode Island, where she spent many happy hours sailing her Laser on Narragansett Bay. She is a professional researcher with two degrees, and has written five novels thus far as well as articles for newspapers and magazines.
