Waters, Tony

A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Tony Waters has illustrated ten children's books, including Cinnamon's Busy Year and The Moon Smiles Down. He contributed numerous illustrations for Ladybug and Cricket magazines and more recently for the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial in St. Louis, Missouri.
