Ron Washburn grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He studied and worked for New Mexico State University for most of his adult life, as he raised a family. He loves riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, indulging his Amateur Radio and Photographic hobbies, and of course, writing. His works of fiction depict some of the things he has thought about during most of his life, and had written down, but only with pencil on paper.
