Ward, Richard J.

Ward, a graduate of Harvard College, holds a PhD from the University of Michigan, has had 50 years of experience in academe, business and government. He has published books, articles and reviews in his field of economics. He is retired from the University of Massachusetts as Chancellor Professor Emeritus.
