Waltner, Richard H.

Waltner enrolled in the University of South Dakota where he received both his bachelors and masters degrees, after finishing his time in the Army. Following graduation he taught for eight years at a small church related college in South Dakota. He then accepted a position in sociology at Montana State University, Billings. He received his Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Utah. Upon his return to the University at Billings, he focused his studies and research efforts on the newly emerging field of human sexuality developing and teaching a variety of courses.
