Walters, Ledell

Ledell Walters is the pseudonym of a busy wife and mother who recently quit her day job as a national board certified mathematics teacher. Born into a poor but literary family in South Mississippi, she taught herself to read by borrowing (stealing?) her older brother's first grade reader and following her other siblings around asking them what the words meant. She has written several novels, but she became frustrated with regular print publishing and had almost given up on her dream of becoming an author.
