Walters, Ian

Ian Walters is the author or editor of half a dozen academic books. Turning to fiction, this was his first novel (published on amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, 2012, as an ebook). Here it is now in paperback by Outskirts Press, who published his second novel Hanh Dien.
