Walters, Garrison

Garrison has lived in Romania, home to Transylvania,and also traveled extensively in central and southeastern Europe. A Fullbright Scholar, Dr. Walters has studied most of the languages of the area. Dr. Walters' day jobs have included various university and state level administrative positions and he counts 'Old High Bureaucratic' as one of his proficiencies.
