DANNY P. WALLACE is Director and Professor, School of Library and Information Studies, University of Oklahoma, Norman. He is co-editor of Reference & User Services Quarterly and received the 2000 ALISE Award for Teaching Excellence in the Field of Library and Information Science Education.
