Walker, Robert A.

Robert A. Walker served the people of New York City for nearly three decades in three different agencies during the last 16years with the New York City Police Department before retiring in 2008. He helped design telecommunications systems for rms such as White Weld, First Hanover, and Source Securities, and was responsible for the design, implementation, and distribution of mobile communication devices for the entire N.Y.P.D.
