Rutherford County natives Anita Price Davis and James M. Walker are honored to present Rutherford County in World War II, Volume II. An alumnus of Appalachian State and Duke Universities, Davis holds her doctorate and is The Charles A. Dana Professor of Education at Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
