Walford, Steve

Ian Sedgley and Steve Walford Ian, Born 1941, in Spalding, Lincolnshire, attended the local Grammar School. Royal Air Force apprentice, graduating as an electronics engineer, and deployed to the Vulcan Bomber fleet during the Cuban missile crisis. Similarly stimulating periods occurred in places as far apart as Bahrain, Kenya, Borneo and Kuwait. Retired from the R.A.F. and joined British Aerospace. It was during this period that Steve Walford and I met. I've always enjoyed writing.
