Howard Waldrop has been dubbed a "national treasure" by "Locus" magazine and called "the resident Weird Mind of his generation" by "The Washington Post Book World". He is the author of one acclaimed novel, "Them Bones" and coauthor (with Jake Saunders) of "The Texas-Israeli War: 1999".
